Dependable Building Services is a General Contractor for both residential and commercial construction. Founded in Spanaway, Pierce County, back in 2011, as primarily a basic Handyman but with skills I soon realized were well above the 'Average' Handyman. It was almost immediately evident that we were in very high demand. Given that we were finding our groove, we decided to take it to the next level, and making the Formal transition to a General Contractor in 2012. This gave us the ability to offer larger services with hired help. Handymen is how we represent ourselves, but with the efficiency and fundamentals of a seasoned General Contractor. We work in close cooperation with project owners and representatives to ensure their idea and budget will actually work together, and offer our more than 25+yrs of knowledge in the planning process. 

                           

 

We are a small family owned business, but have the capabilities to perform with the same intensity and efficiency as companies much larger. We focus on a continued relationship rather than quantity of relationships. We have serviced multiple homes at a time and managed to maintain the high standards we expect from ourselves, while still completing the projects on time. I know this is especially important to the asset managers and the investors who need to get the house to market as quickly as possible.
